Prior to taking buyers out to view properties, I schedule a Preliminary Buyer Appointment at my office. If we have not met in person before, this is our chance to get to know each other! I also want to know what you are looking for, where you're at in the process and how I can best serve as your Realtor. At the meeting we will discuss the following points:

After our initial meeting, I will create a Client Portal for you where I will funnel in the available matches that meet your criteria. This way you don't have to bounce from website to website searching; they'll all be in one place for you. The site will also allow you to set up searches of your own as you may want to try out some different search criteria to see what's out there. Also on the site, you are able to sort through matches and leave comments for me like "Does this one have a fenced yard?" This allows me to do some preliminary research if needed. Once you've identified properties you're interested in, we'll schedule a time to get out there and start touring properties!
Purchasing a home can be very exciting! However, I expect numerous questions and am always here to help my Buyers. My Buyers appreciate that I am happy to address questions and concerns and if I do not have the answer, I will work to find the correct answer in a timely manner.
